Yep it's all happening after a cracking weekend out on the water we called into Sutton Harbour on the way home to check out a winter berthing offer they had emailed through.
Te initial berth offered was not what we would like, it's on the exposed side of the marina but going in and checking it paid dividends as we have a prime spot in the shelter.
So das not will be wending her way there from the beginning of November til the end if March where we,ll lift her out for a few weeks for essential maintenance.
Chrinklemouse day aboard das bot is something we are looking forward to although there will be no sailing on the day as the lock is closed and reopens again on Boxing Day.
So winter sailing and a winter sun holiday all booked in the space of ten days. We are going back to Malaysia after a two year break, we,ll be there whilst my parents are there on their annual Malaysian winter break.
Final year of going out there for them so we have timed our visit for their last two weeks. Four months to go and counting down! Can't wait!
