Been away for the last few days and have arrived home a patchwork of black and blue and absolutely knackered.
From what you may ask, well performing the Haka for a duration for one and then a high rope course that went on for hrs, but I completed it.
Was it fun in hindsight yes, would I do it again...the Haka, everyday, the high ropes never.
Back to normality today climbing more height but this time a bot ladder to go and help out on operation Mairadon.
